COVID-19 Recovery Rate

Effective June 1, 2020 the provincial government introduced the COVID-19 Recovery Rate. Households, farms and small business customers that pay time-of-use (TOU) electricity rates will be billed at the fixed rate of 12.8 cents per kWh 24 hours a day, seven days a week until October 31, 2020.
