Regulated Price Plan (RPP)

On November 1, 2020, electricity rates changed for Regulated Price Plan (RPP) customers. Most residential and small business customers are on the RPP. The Ontario Energy Board (OEB) regulates the province’s energy sector and sets these rates. These rates will remain in effect until April 30, 2021.
